Refund Policy

General

Due to the nature of our products (made-to-order beverages and custom preparations), all sales are generally final.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We may offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product arrived significantly damaged

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, with supporting photos if applicable.

Non-Refundable

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping or order details provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers

Event Bookings (Tea Cart)

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling may be accommodated depending on availability
